Refund and Returns – At Daily Patches, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products.

However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may necessitate a return or exchange. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning or exchanging your Daily Patches order.

 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Unopened and unused products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Opened and used products are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
  3. Damaged or defective products are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team by email within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide Details: In your email, please include your order number, the specific items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
  • Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed return instructions, including a return address and any necessary documentation.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your own records.

 

Processing Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned items and verify they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing times.  

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you free of charge.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any products that have been opened and used are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Products purchased on sale or through promotional offers may be non-returnable or have different return requirements. Please refer to the specific terms of the sale or promotion for details.

 

Warranty

Daily Patches offers a 7 day warranty on all our products. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions.

If you experience any issues with your patches within the warranty period, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
